Couple gets houses ready to sell

While the mindset is to save staging for the more expensive home of $500,000 or more, “we disagree. We think it’s for everyone,” Karen Bernetti said.
She and her husband, John, added a staging service to their home improvement business, the Home Team Advantage LLC, last year when the housing market cooled off.
