We offer a wide range of property maintenance services that can be tailored to suit the specific needs of your community.  The services we offer include but are not limited to the repair, replacement, restoration or installation of decks, stairs, doors, windows, siding, roof, framing. Other services include: 

• Regular on-site property inspections           
• Identification and resolution of routine maintenance
• 24 hour emergency response
• Supervision of perpetual grounds maintenance
• Supervision and management of vendors and contractors 
• Utilization of a wide network of resources to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Inspection of all work to verify accordance with association’s quality standards

We have reputable and qualified, licensed and insured contractors on our staff who can perform a wide variety of grounds and building maintenance services. It is not our intent to interfere with the relationship of existing vendors. We will be happy to comply with the board’s wishes to continue to maintain relationships with current service providers and/or assist with the bidding and outsourcing of new vendors.
