John Bernetti is a reputable and qualified, licensed and insured Home Improvement Contractor (HIC.0616420). His knowledge as a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer in addition to his experience building and improving homes makes him uniquely qualified to supervise construction projects for community associations.
Acting as liaison between board members and the contractors you hire to perform renovation projects we will provide the following:
- Solicitation of bids and review of proposals
- Project oversight, prioritizing work
- Research and purchase of quality, cost effective building materials
- Supervision of contractors, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with the association's architectural guidelines and local local building codes
- Plan work schedules
- Ensure that work is performed within budget,stated timeframe and stated specifications
- Provide onsite visibility, conduct progress inspections and periodic progress reports
- Conflict resolution
- Ensure that the site is cleaned up daily to prevent unnecessary disruptions/inconvenience to community residents
